For soldier I am oriented towards healing more then killing. So I use the heal needle plus 5/5 combat medicine. the heal needle is best when used in a camping situation. where i can hide behind somthing like a rock or like on top of the ship wreck for example and simply heal a gunner non stop to rack up alot of points and make the gunner unstoppable and keep me safe from bullets. when healing while moving its best to hide behind the gunner and heal them while they shoot.
